the thermal conductivity of the floor is related to the thickness of the floor. The thickness of solid wood composite floor is similar to that of reinforced composite floor. The difference is that the anti deformation groove on the back of solid wood composite floor is conducive to air circulation and reduce noise; The surface of the laminate floor is a wear-resistant layer of metal oxide, the heat diffuses very fast and evenly on the surface, and the indoor temperature is easy to control

however, the surface layer of multi-layer solid wood composite floor is thin, difficult to take care of, and cannot be renovated, which affects the service life. The price of three-layer solid wood is relatively expensive. In view of the above problems, laminate floor has always been the main force of geothermal floor. Laminate flooring has obvious advantages in floor deformation rate, surface wear resistance, cleaning and maintenance, etc

in addition, the floor quality pays attention to "three points of floor, seven points of installation", and the installation standard of professional floor heating is higher, so it is best to provide professional installation by the manufacturer and avoid installation by the construction team

although there is no official standard for geothermal flooring at present, there are still some standards to follow when purchasing according to the characteristics of geothermal heating and wood flooring

1. The substrate has high density and good internal bonding strength. The base material is made of dense 100% arbor wood, with a density higher than 0.95g/cm3 and good thermal stability, which can ensure no cracking and deformation under high temperature for a long time

2. The expansion rate of water absorption thickness should be less than or equal to 2.5%, reaching the national standard of excellent products. The smaller the water absorption thickness expansion rate, the higher the moisture-proof performance of the floor. If you choose multi-layer solid wood composite flooring, you need to pay attention to whether the adhesive used is a special adhesive for geothermal resistance

3. Formaldehyde emission must be as low as possible. Because the higher the temperature is, the more formaldehyde is released. In a relatively closed room, plus the release of formaldehyde from other items such as large core board, it may exceed the standard and cause harm to human body

4. The heat conductivity coefficient should be qualified. At present, the heat conductivity coefficient provided by Korea building materials experimental research institute and kolas international inspection agency is recognized in the market, which can be checked before purchase

strictly follow the rules for use

gradually heat up 24 hours after installation. Be sure to keep the ground clean and dry before heating up, so as to prevent cracking and distortion of the floor due to rapid heating up

when using the floor heating system for the first time or for a long time, it should be set to the minimum temperature first, and then slowly raise the temperature. It is best to raise the temperature by about 1 ℃ per hour, so that the wooden floor can gradually adapt to the temperature rise. If the heating is too fast, it may cause the wooden floor to be heated too fast, resulting in unstable distortion and cracking changes, affecting the service life of the wooden floor

in cold winter, there is no one in the room at ordinary times, which can reduce heating and cooling, but the valve cannot be closed, and must be controlled above 0 ℃

do not make fixed decorative parts or place legless furniture on the wooden floor of geothermal heating as far as possible, so as to prevent local heat dissipation from being blocked, and the heat is stuffy on the wooden floor, which is easy to cause uneven deformation of the floor due to heating
